PBI volunteer wins human rights campaigner of the year
Daniel Slee, a British volunteer in Colombia with PBI, won the title of "Human Rights Campaigner of the Year" in the inaugural LUKAS awards, created by Latino Life UK to celebrate Latin culture in the UK.
PBI UK's director Susi Bascon came second in the same category, and PBI UK itself came second in the "Human Rights Organisation of the Year" category. Congratulations to Children of the Andes, which gained the most votes in this category.
We would like to thank you all for your votes and your invaluable and ongoing support for PBI!
